today I want to show you : how to make the subtitle for video or edit the available subtitle
---
first you should download the (SUBTITLE EDIT) I put the download link on description

now open the application . application has a simple menu
---
right click on this box and you can see "insert line" button and then select the (Insert Line) from the box
---
then application gives you the new parts of time and it's 2 seconds as default and without text.
---
now you can type your text right here for example I type Hello here
---
for example now you want to change time to 3 seconds instead of 2 seconds
---
now the start time , the end time and text of subtitle are defined
---
let's create a second subtitle ...again right click and click on insert line
and I type here cool guys now and set time on 5 seconds
---
and you can use the next or previous Buttons to edit the next or previous subtitle
---
just keep in mind a few things
first: you have to set your format on (SRT)

second: set encoding on UTF-8 otherwise you can't make subtitle with Persian or Arabic language .

if you want to create the Persian subtitle you have to set your encoding on utf-8
---
now click on file from the top menu and the click on save as
---
I save on Desktop with test1 name because I have the test file
---
ok now i want to test my file , open video and drag your subtitle file on movie
---
now you can see the hello here for 2 second
and then cool guys for 5 seconds

As easy as that you can make a subtitle
